COMMON QUESTIONS.
What does the $299 include?
Your club-branded iOS app, Android app and responsive web app connected to your club’s domain, plus initial branding, configuration and launch guidance. Club details are configured after purchase.
What does the $99 monthly licence cover?
Your ongoing licence, new platform features introduced automatically, maintenance, app updates and support to address all reported bugs. There is no monthly charge at purchase. Activate your licence whenever you’re ready after setup is complete.
What happens after I purchase?
Your purchase appears in your Overgrip Sports account. From there, configure your club and follow the setup steps for your domain and branded apps. You can activate the monthly licence when setup is complete and you’re ready.
What do we need for our own branded apps?
Your club needs its own Apple and Google developer organisation accounts. We help you through setup and explain how to give us access to prepare and publish your apps. Your club keeps ownership of its accounts. App availability depends on the stores’ review and approval.
Can we bring our existing member list?
Yes. You can import your existing member records from a spreadsheet, so you don’t have to enter each person individually.
Can we keep our existing booking system?
Tell us which system your club uses. We assess integrations individually and confirm what’s possible before committing to a connection.
Are there any separate costs?
Apple and Google developer account fees and your club’s domain costs are separate. Payment-processing fees also apply when your club accepts payments through the platform.
Can different courts have different prices?
Yes. Configure standard member and visitor rates, then add sport, sport-and-surface or specific-court rules. Day and night prices can differ. The booking summary displays the applicable total before confirmation.
Can I try it without signing in?
Yes. Choose your club branding and a name, then explore as an Account Holder, Member or Guest. All people and activity are fictional, and demo changes stay in your browser tab. Reset whenever you like.

What can the Insights tell us?
